All personal information provided directly or indirectly by Zen to Go users, regarding the use, development, activity, business transactions, and interaction they have with the technological services offered on the Zen to Go website (www.zentogo.com.mx) will be collected, safeguarded, and protected in accordance with the provisions of the Mexican Standard NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2018 published in the Official Journal of the Federation on April 30, 2019, with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) in its Articles 16, 18, 19, 22, 24, 25, 26 and other applicable provisions. Guaranteeing users at all times the principles of legality, consent, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility regarding the right to protection of personal data; as well as internationally with the principles of protection of personal data privacy conceived in the General Data Protection Regulation, regarding Chapter V known as Transfers of personal data to third countries or international organizations and other applicable provisions in the field of personal data privacy.

The Holder, either personally or through a duly accredited legal representative, is recognized by this privacy policy as having ARCO rights, which may be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the LFPDPPP and its Regulations before Zen to Go, in accordance with the following:

ACCESS: to know specific information that the Responsible has in their possession;  

RECTIFICATION: to request the rectification of Personal Data in case it is not up to date, is inaccurate, or incomplete; to exercise this right, the documentation supporting the requested rectification must be provided according to the Personal Data;

CANCELLATION: blocking and subsequent deletion of Personal Data from our databases when considering that it is not being used properly or for the purposes that gave rise to the legal relationship;

OPPOSITION: to oppose the use of your Personal Data for specific purposes.

Zen to Go guarantees its users that it has highly secure authentication mechanisms and secure digital signature collection systems for all commercial transactions and activities carried out with Zen to Go. The creation of user profiles and the safeguarding of passwords is the responsibility of the users, likewise, in case of loss, forgetfulness, or need to change a password, Zen to Go  provides the password change protocols on the same website.

Identification of Personal Data: Includes the data requested in the registration form and creation of user account, the specific data of users will be:

• Current tax ID;

• Curriculum Vitae;

• Date of birth;

• Address;

• Gender;

• Mobile phone;

• Email;

• Official ID with photo;

• Letter of no criminal record;

• National bank account; and,

• Sign the Specific Conditions contract for Professional Therapists.

  
  

Payment Information: Zen to Go  will require the user to provide their account information or payment method, which will be protected by the site's SSL certificate that is responsible for encrypting the payment information of personal transactions made.

Promotion Information: In the event that Zen to Go carries out any type of promotion, the information provided by participants will be protected by this privacy policy.

Purpose of the provided data

The foregoing is described for the purposes of identification, generation of a master database, service tracking, customer service, service history, service order, website maintenance, service tracking, comments, publications, visit history, relevant content, promotions, collection of service information, payment and billing information, digital material, means of contact, views, feedback, functions, and announcements; regarding the therapeutic services  offered by Zen to Go.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes of Zen to Go, which allow us to continuously provide, maintain, and improve the website and ecommerce system.

• Sending advertising commercial communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables conducting commercial communications. These communications will be made by Zen to Go and related to the therapeutic services offered on the website.

• Improve the services to which USERS subscribe through the study of user behavior to tailor it to their needs and preferences. Cookies can be managed by following the instructions indicated in the corresponding cookie policy.

• Conduct statistical studies.

• Process requests or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available to USERS.

Please be informed that there will be no transmissions of personal data, except for those that are necessary and in the following specific cases:

a) To respond to information requests from a competent authority, which are duly substantiated and motivated.

Transactions for booking services can be made through electronic payment methods, so it is very important for Zen to Go that USERS have the assurance that online payments made and payment data are 100% protected from any hacking, security breach, fraud, and/or data theft. Therefore, the USER agrees that under no circumstances can they blame Zen to Go for payment data theft or card cloning.

Zen to Go has an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer), which is a certificate that confirms the legal existence of the company through the process of validating secure online payments and authorized payment methods by encrypting such data.

The electronic payment methods authorized by Zen to Go are responsible for safeguarding the payment information data, Zen to Go does not store sensitive user data, it only collects direct information on the payment for therapeutic services and billing.

In the case of sensitive personal data, the USER grants Zen to Go express consent for its processing, through their handwritten signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism that Zen to Go establishes regarding the payment for therapeutic services.

Users' Rights Regarding the Processing of Their Personal Data

USERS will have the following rights regarding the processing of their data:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time; and,

• Right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their data and to limit or oppose their processing.

Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User

USERS by marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in contact forms, expressly and freely accept and acknowledge that their data is necessary to address their request by Zen to Go, making the inclusion of data in the remaining fields voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to Zen to Go is true and is responsible for communicating any modifications thereof through their User profile.

Validity

This policy is effective from its publication, and in the case of modification, it will be updated immediately through the means that Zen to Go deems necessary.
